Experience

Eliezer Shaffren Esq. is the Founder and CEO of Windrose Title. Having run the New York division at a national title agency, he has comprehensive knowledge of underwriting complex transactions and working on deals of all sizes. Underwriting Counsel Netanel Hershtik, Esq. has extensive experience both in client representation and title clearance, with a focus on excellent service and attention to detail. Their main goal is the same as yours: to close the deal smoothly.

Communication is key. We communicate clearly, effectively, and quickly. We know how important your deal is to you. When you work with us, we prove our commitment by assigning expert title agent Mrs. Eliana Indig to work with you on your transaction. Technology

We use cutting-edge title software. All parties to the transaction have direct access to their files and can see exactly what stage the file is up to. All file documents can be accessed through your client portal, and your documents can be uploaded the same way. Our client portal is secure and can be set up with two-factor authentication, so wire instructions are transmitted safely and securely.
